Furniture Connexion Warranty

The Furniture Connexion facilitates the manufacturer’s warranty, under normal use for a period of one year from the date of delivery or pickup. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser with a receipt. The warranty is VOID if the merchandise has been moved from the original delivery address or if The Furniture ConneXion determines the furniture damage was caused by abuse, negligence, accident, or if used for purposes other than those intended, such as commercial use. Warranty service will be provided without charge for merchandise brought to our service center. Transportation to and from the service center is the responsibility of the purchaser. For your convenience, we can also arrange for the merchandise to be picked up from your home; delivery charges will apply. If a warranted defect occurs within the first thirty (30) days on product that was delivered The Furniture Connexion will cover the transportation expense.

Visible surface damage (scratches, nicks, tears, etc.) are not covered under this warranty unless reported within the first three (3) days of receipt. The Furniture Connexion is not responsible for visible surface damage to product that has been picked up from our service center unless it is noted at the original time of pick up.
