PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

Furniture Connexion guarantees we have the lowest prices in town

If the IDENTICAL item is advertised for less at any local competitor, or if The Furniture Connexion lowers the price of your merchandise within 30 days of your purchase, we will match the price and refund to you the difference. Proof of competitor's price is required. Internet sales, clearance or floor sample merchandise, bonus or free offers are not included.

 

MILITARY DISCOUNTS

We are proud of our active and retired military members and offer a 10% discount on regular priced items when you show your military ID.  If you are planning to move to a nearby base, such as JBLM, please contact our store before you move to arrange delivery of your furniture in advance.

 

SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS


Thank you for choosing Furniture Connexion to enhance the beauty of your home. We hope you enjoy your new furnishings for many years to come. Please read the following terms and conditions of sale; your purchase on FurnitureConnexion.com indicates your agreement with these conditions.*

Purchase Information

Unless other arrangements are made, all merchandise must be delivered or picked up within 30 days of purchase. If the merchandise is not picked up within 30 days of deposit, items will be returned to the warehouse and a 20% cancellation fee will be incurred.

Layaways

Available only at a Furniture Connexion retail location and not on FurnitureConnexion.com. See store for details.

Special Orders

Available only at a Furniture Connexion retail location and not on FurnitureConnexion.com. See store for details.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made 72 hours prior to a scheduled delivery/pickup. Cancellation requests made with less than 72 hours notice will incur a 10% handling charge.

Returns

Merchandise may be returned, in NEW condition, within 48 hours for reselection of an equally (or greater) priced item. Otherwise return product is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Used or damaged furniture may not be returned.

Refunds

Any refunds are issued in the same manner as the original payment was received. Delivery, assembly charges and fabric protection are non-refundable.

WARRANTY

The Furniture Connexion facilitates the manufacturer’s warranty, under normal use for a period of one year from the date of delivery or pickup. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser with a receipt. The warranty is VOID if the merchandise has been moved from the original delivery address or if The Furniture ConneXion determines the furniture damage was caused by abuse, negligence, accident, or if used for purposes other than those intended, such as commercial use. Warranty service will be provided without charge for merchandise brought to our service center. Transportation to and from the service center is the responsibility of the purchaser. For your convenience, we can also arrange for the merchandise to be picked up from your home; delivery charges will apply. If a warranted defect occurs within the first thirty (30) days on product that was delivered The Furniture Connexion will cover the transportation expense.

Visible surface damage (scratches, nicks, tears, etc.) are not covered under this warranty unless reported within the first three (3) days of receipt. The Furniture Connexion is not responsible for visible surface damage to product that has been picked up from our service center unless it is noted at the original time of pick up.

The above stated warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective product at the option of The Furniture Connexion and FurnitureConnexion.com. Any damage for breach of warranty due to consequential losses to property other than the defective product is excluded. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty. This is the exclusive express warranty. Any and all other statements or express warranties are specifically denied. *All references to Furniture Connexion also refer to Furniture Connexion.com.

COVID-19 RESPONSE


WHAT WE’RE DOING NOW

We are actively monitoring all public sources of information and guidance, including the CDC, World Health Organization and state guidelines, to ensure we are taking the necessary precautions for our employees as well as our customers. With this in mind, please know we have implemented extra sanitation processes at our stores, warehouse and corporate offices.

KEEPING EVERYTHING CLEAN & EVERYONE SAFE

With the given circumstances, we have developed additional sanitation protocols and are taking extra cleaning measures throughout the day to ensure everyone’s safety.  Common areas, door handles, countertops, computers, credit kiosks and other surfaces are being disinfected with increased frequency throughout the day.  Also, we have increased the restroom cleaning and disinfecting cycles. We have educated our sales and customer service teams on our extra sanitation protocols and they will be happy to explain what we are doing if you have questions about your shopping or home delivery. In our warehouse, we are applying the same store sanitation protocols with warehouse equipment that our team members use during the handling of your furniture.


CURBSIDE DELIVERY OR PICKUP

For home deliveries we are also taking extra measures to prevent any unintentional spread of illness by providing socially distanced curbside delivery.  As with our stores and warehouse, our team will be using hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes between each delivery and they will be regularly disinfecting their interiors and outside handles of their vehicles.
